Summary

The gas cooled roots vacuum pump is based on the ordinary roots vacuum pump with a bypass gas cooling system. The external cooler makes the gas circulate automatically to cool the rotor and pump body. The cooling gas enters into the suction chamber of the pump from both sides of the pump body, so that the pump will not overheat due to compressed gas, so that it can operate reliably for a long time under high pressure difference and high compression ratio, but it has no effect on the pumping performance of the pump. The pump can be used alone or in series, or in series with liquid ring vacuum pump and ordinary roots vacuum pump to achieve higher vacuum degree to meet various process requirements.
The structure of zjq series air-cooled Roots pump is shown in the figure. In the pump cavity, there are two rotors (two or more blades) installed on a pair of parallel shafts. A pair of gear belts with a transmission ratio of 1 act in reverse synchronous rotation. There is a certain gap between the rotor and the inner wall of the pump shell, which can achieve high speed operation. Compared with the zjq series, the zjq series can keep the cooling temperature of the air in the side of the rotor at a higher temperature.
 

Characteristic

It can be directly discharged into the atmosphere without waste water discharge;
It can be connected in series with the front stage pump to form roots unit with remarkable energy saving effect. Compared with ordinary roots pump, zjq air-cooled Roots vacuum pump can work at high pressure difference, so the front pump can be reduced appropriately, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
It has a wide range of application. Because the exhaust side can bear high pressure, it can effectively solve the overload and overheating phenomenon of ordinary roots vacuum pump caused by excessive pressure difference and vacuum difference of the front pump;
It can work under higher inlet pressure. Zjq series air cooled roots vacuum pump can work at atmospheric pressure in theory;
The motor power is uncertain. Zjq series air-cooled Roots vacuum pump needs to calculate the maximum pressure difference in actual operation according to the process conditions, so as to determine the required motor power.
Zjq roots pump (air-cooled) transmission torque, spindle transmission torque dynamic seal for static seal (that is, no framework oil seal and mechanical seal), realize power zero leakage transmission.
Zjq roots pump (air-cooled) has no mechanical contact friction noise, can avoid high-frequency vibration, transfer power, and realize the smooth operation of Roots vacuum pump.
Zjq roots pump (air cooled) can realize overload protection of working machinery in operation.
Compared with JQ type, it is more convenient to install, disassemble and debug.
Zjq roots pump (air-cooled type) is changed from dynamic seal of rotating shaft to static seal of isolation sleeve, which can completely eliminate the old and difficult problems such as vacuum leakage and lubricating oil leakage caused by wear of dynamic seal of shaft and realize long-term sealing.
Zjq roots pump (air-cooled) does not need lubrication, no medium and lubricant pollution, purification of the environment.
The sealing performance of zjq roots pump (air-cooled) has nothing to do with the rotating speed of the shaft.
The installation dimensions and performance parameters of this series of pumps are the same as those of ZJ and zjp pumps.

Note: the limit pressure listed in the table is the limit pressure value of the pump when it is used alone for direct air discharge, and the limit pressure when it is equipped with the front stage pump is the same as that of ZJ series Roots vacuum pump, which can refer to the limit pressure value of the corresponding roots vacuum unit.
 

Application

The pump and unit can reach all kinds of limit vacuum and working pressure. The reasonable selection of pump and unit can refer to the above table and discuss with our factory in detail. In the following cases, air-cooled pump and unit can be used.
① The load is very large;
② The pumping time is short;
③ Large pumping speed is required from coarse vacuum to high vacuum;
④ Need to avoid ordinary pump working medium occasions.
The pump and unit can be widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum distillation, vacuum degassing, aviation simulation test, gas transportation, vacuum suction, power station dust collection and other vacuum operations.
