Jzjsdp roots screw vacuum unit
Structure and characteristics
Jzjd series dry vacuum unit is composed of conventional roots vacuum, dry screw vacuum pump, valve, frame and electrical control box. As the front vacuum pump, the dry screw vacuum pump is controlled by vacuum gauge and pressure transmitter when it reaches the starting pressure of Roots vacuum pump. Because the operating parts of Roots vacuum pump and dry screw vacuum pump are not in contact, the whole machine has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, compact structure and small floor area.
Performance characteristics
1: Jzjd series dry vacuum units have wide pumping range (280-4320m m3 / h) and high vacuum degree (the limit pressure can reach 0.01pa)
2: Even in high vacuum, it can still maintain a large pumping speed to meet the requirements of customers for high vacuum and large pumping speed.
3: Roots vacuum pump and dry screw vacuum pump can be combined with various combination schemes according to the pumping speed ratio to effectively reduce energy consumption and achieve the best cost performance
