Matters needing attention

1. the vacuum pump should be installed on the ground in a strong place, around should have enough room, easy to check, maintenance, maintenance.

3. For the vacuum pump with cooling water, connect the cooling water according to regulations.

4. In the connection line, the user can install the valve and vacuum gauge above the inlet of the vacuum pump to check the ultimate pressure of the vacuum pump at any time.

5. The foundation level should be maintained under the base of the vacuum pump. It is recommended to install cushioning rubber or bolt casting at the four corners of the base to ensure smooth operation and small vibration of the vacuum pump.

6. Connect the power supply according to the provisions of the motor label, and ground the wire and install the fuse and thermal relay of appropriate specifications.

7. The connection pipe between vacuum pump and system shall be sealed and reliable. For small vacuum pump, metal pipeline connection gasket shall be oil-resistant rubber, and for small vacuum pump, vacuum rubber pipe shall be connected. (When welding the pipeline, the welding slag should be removed. Welding slag is strictly prohibited to enter the vacuum pump chamber.)

8. During the power test of the vacuum pump, the motor belt must be removed to ensure that the direction of the vacuum pump conforms to the specified direction before it is put into use, so as to prevent the vacuum pump from reversing oil injection.
