Application of vacuum pump in sugar industry
Application of vacuum pump in sugar industry: preparation of CO2, sewage filtration, application in evaporator and vacuum sucker.
Vacuum pump application
The preparation of CO2
The CO2 compressor not only compresses, but also keeps the gas clean. The compressor is completely oil-free and is insensitive to the pumping of solid particles. The disc of the compressor ensures that the clearance between rotor and impeller is large enough to prevent disc wear due to the inhalation of lime/soot ash during the cleaning of CO2 gas. These impurities will not be discharged with THE CO2 gas, which ensures the cleanliness of the collected CO2 gas.
Sewage filtering
Vacuum pumps/compressors can withstand occasional water shocks. The exhaust ports on the disc are specially designed with pressure release holes (anti-overcompression) so that the pump can withstand the impact of water from the filter separator or condenser without affecting the vacuum degree.
Application in evaporator and vacuum sucker
The vacuum pump compressor maintains a high inspiratory capacity throughout the suction pressure range, which reduces the time it takes for the vacuum disc to start, and ADAPTS easily to changes in operating conditions such as pump start/stop. Because water vapor condenses in the pump when wet air is pumped, the pumping capacity is considerable, but the power consumption is not increased.
